What's up guys,
Right now I do SLDL's on back day, 3 sets of 6-8 reps, and on Leg Day I do Squats, Calf raises (w/ olympic bar and my squat weight), Leg Extensions, and Leg Curls. I do all of those 3 sets of 6-8 reps also except for the calf raises. I do those for 4 sets of 12-15 reps.
My questions is, do I really need Leg Curls in my routine?
