    bulking and losing

    I'm 5'10" 200 pounds. I'm a runner and right now I'm working my way up. Next week I'll be up to 3 miles/day at an 8:30 pace,and moving up a half a mile a week. I value my cardiovascular training and I'd like to enter the Chicago Marathon. I use the gym at school and I've been spending quite a bit of time lifting weights. Is bulking up just going to make me look more fat? I'd like to look nice. My will is strong and my diet is strict. Is it possible to replace fat with muscle?

    If your diet is strict lkike you say you shouldn't put on much fat at all.
