Hello Everyone, this is my first post.

Lets see...I just started the first wannabebig workout routine last week and had a question about deadlifts.

I run into conflicting websites that tell me how to properly perform a deadlift. My problem is with finishing a rep. Do I set the barbell down after each rep, like starting a new set? Or do I keep it from the ground and finish out my set? This question is for straitleg and regular deadlifts. I'm sorry if this is a repeat question, I thought it'd be a good way to introduce myself. Thanks.
