The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Where to start?? Please Help

    Hello,

I am interested in getting in better shape and build some muscle at the same time, My problem is that I am fat, and not as strong as I once was, thanks to a desk job I dont move from morning to night sometimes. I am very good at following a structured plan but not very good at getting motivated. In the past I have lost over 100 lbs on atkins but just fell out of the lifestyle and packed it on plus about 50#.

I have a large frame and stand 6'3" and right now I weigh 365 Most people look at me and dont think I weigh that much (must be bulk?) I am not sure what to do first, I am willing to listen to any good advice found here.
    Thank You all in advance

    Rizzo
