The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Can Milk/Egg Protein go bad ?

I was just wondering if this stuff can go bad, cause no matter what I use to disguise the taste I think I'm going to hurl. It may be a psychological factor but It also leaves a bit of an unsettled queezy feeling in my stomach.

    please help,
    Chuck

He's asking if a milk/egg protein powder can spoil. The stuff he has tastes like a$$ and he's thinking it might be because it has gone bad.
    Duh.

If it is just a milk protien isolate and egg protein combo powder, I don't think it tastes good to begin with. Milk protein powder is known for tasting bad in large quantities.

There is about 16lbs of it. just in a clear bag with no information, I don't even know the brand name. It does taste pretty nasty, hopefully it just tastes bad becuase of the large quantity. Might try cooking with it instead of drinking it all.

If it's unflavoured then it's going to taste foul regardless of freshness Also bear in mind that dairy is hard on the digestive system and the queezy feeling in your stomach is probably only an indication of that.

Every protein powder I've tried in the last 20 years has tasted great. I don't know what all the people online are bitching about. "my creatine makes me sick, my protein makes me sick, I can't eat, too full, blah blah blah." It sounds like a bunch of 8 year old girls are the only ones posting on here. I never met anyone IN PERSON in over 15 gyms with any of these problems. Must be California.

Just tastes like watered down Strawberry quick, hardly vomit-inducing. Try a lukewarm Budweiser that's been flopping around in the bed of someone's F350 for 2 months in the sun, and you're sorta getting yucky.
Why would anyone drink protein powder with just water anyway? The only real time to use it, is post workout, and then you should mix it with fast carbs. All other times, use whole food.
If you're just using protein powder to get enough protein, then you can mix it with anything.

If your protein tastes fine then good for you. I'm simply trying to get helpful feedback. Please do not pollute my thread.

I apologize for the hijack and the bad attitude.
To stay on topic, protein powder can spoil if exposed to moisture and/or heat (temp changes).
