I want to ask you guys a question about the deadlift. Watch these two videos:

If you compare the 2 videos, you'll see that the guy in the exrx video does more of a "squat" with the weight on the descending motion, and drops his ass down more than the guy in the BSU video. The guy in the BSU video bends foward more at the waist instead of dropping his ass while lowering the weight. Both of them seem to be keeping their back straight throughout the exercise. My question is, is one of these videos showing "correct" DL form and the other "incorrect", or is the difference I described between the way they lower the weight just a difference in the way they do the movement, and neither one is wrong?
