I have been going to the gym for past 6 months and I am happy with the size gained in outer pecs.
Currently I do- Bench Press, PecDec (doesnít work inner pec as much as I would like), Seater row, Lat Pulldown, tricep ext, bb curl, Shoulder Press.
I want to know what exercise a newbie can do for good innec pec development?
Is it too early to work on inner pecs?
you can't focus on your "inner" pec. next time you have a stupid question, search the forum and get the answer
