Looks good to me. Could possibly cut out one day of abs. Maybe you should try to add squats and/or deads. They will build the most size. Most of all EAT, EAT, EAT
yeah it looks good to me i would just add squats to it and maybe some concentrated bicep curls also reverse curls (foreamrs)
