can you help i've been doing weight now for over 2 years and i need to change my routine. I go to the gym 3 times a week monday, wednesdays and saturdays.
i was think doing
back, legs and some cardio on monday
arms, shoulders and some cardio on wednesday
i aslo do incline weighted sit ups most days in the mornings
any ideas what i can do?

hmmm wheres your chest day?
if youre going 3 days, i find combining shoulders and backs keeps your strong for both
my routine is
Mon - bi/tri or leg
wed - shoulders/back/deads
fri - chest/tri or leg
just add cardio at the end if you want to do cardio
HT: 6'3 / WT: 265lbs 16%BF

thurs no time out all night day off from weights
