    Least Favorite Lift

    What lift, if any, gives you that "i just wanna quit now" feeling because simply doing it in some way pisses you off or hurts or annoys you?


    for me its lunges, ive even quit doing them because of that.

    this is what i feel like when im doing lunges.(actually i just wanted to see what they all looked like next to eachother)

    High rep deadlifts. However, I do keep doing them. It's one of those exersizes that you love...but you hate at the same time.

    Also, bulgarians. Same applies here.

    lunges are a touch exercise for me as well. But in all honesty i like all exercises that i do.

    Squats and flat bench...yes i said flat barbell bench press.


    Squats are painful if I get low as hell and I just hate them...I was starting to like them but I wasnt going low enough before and I can't lift enough weight.

    Bench press I just suck at...I can do dumbbells but not flat bench.


    SLDL hurt my back for a day or two afterwards so that sucks but I enjoy doing them...

    Lunges...I eat that up.


    Any exercise that I suck at, I hate...its just so demoralizing.

    oh cmon i love curls.

    anyhoo i hate doing leg curls and pull downs and... right now i hate any tricep workout because i have tendonitis.

    the worst are calf raises----just becuase you know immense pain is coming. There is not a single exercise that induces more pain than calf raises

    i enjoy curls of any kind, though im not crazy about them. i tend to like the main lifts too. i enjoy that pain on calf raises. but no matter what i still just cant stand lunges. when i first ever did them i didnt even return my foot and i still hated them, the return makes it like 3X worse.

    lunges, one armed db rows (or any bent over rowing), and side raises all have one thing in common: if you get NEAR me while im doing them or even just finished/about to start i go NUTS. once i finished doing them and my elderly grandma was in my house, she comes in and starts trying to talk to me. i was like "just GO AWAY!!". i later apolagized, but man, those exercises turn me into an @$$#0!!3.

    I love curling, I wish I never found this place because it has made me more knowledgable therefore cutting down on my curls.

    I hate high rep squats, anything more than 9 reps just kills me.

    high rep anything...I like to stay with in like 1-15 reps and thats max I mean on stuff like skullcrushers...anything more than that you find yourself drifting off and thinking about whats for dinner tonight...or that movie you saw last night...
