    Trying to stuff myself

    Hi. I am going for strength right now, low reps, high weight. I would like to put on weight though. I have started eating more, but am having a small problem. Sometimes I feel hungry, but when I sit down to eat a sandwhich or something I feel gaggy, like I just can't get it to go down, even though i'm hungry. Anybody know what I'm tlaking about?

    yeah, same with me, mostly cuz i am sick of tuna, chicken, oatmeal, and eggs. try to spice up yer food, if yer eatin the same thing all the time, u get maaaad sick of it. i shudder at the thought of eating another bowl of oatmeal.....uggghhhhh

    man, stop your moaning!!! I would eat dog sh!t if i knew for a fact it had a massive dose of protein in it!!! Of course, I'd probably chuck my ring up....lol
