i weigh about 89kg/195.8lb and last week squatted exactly that for my final set of eight reps. my legs were like jelly and i was walking funny. Today i squatted 92kg/202.4lb for my final set, only managed 4 coz i didnt want to risk any more without a spotter. BUT: Although slightly sore, i had no trouble walking etc, which kinda made me feel like i didnt squat properly. Is this common? I cant wait til next tuesday so i can try again. Cheers in advance.
