geez how about a FAQ for this forum??

how come there isn't a Frequently Asked Question thread for this specific forum? i mean there are tons of the same question asked over and over... like, "i'm skinny, want to gain mass. hows this?" or "i'm trying to lose weight and tone up.. how's this?" or "my bench is weak. how do i get it stronger" etc...

nothing ultra-comprehensive and detailed, but at least something...

    mods???

i don't think it would work because people would rather post than read a faq. the search function would reveal a great amount to anyone who has any type of question. that is how i get most of my questions answered but most people are too lazy and would rather start a new thread

We could do it....but not many people would take the time to read it.
As said above, the search is almost a FAQ in itself.
