    Forearms...

Do you have to train your forearms seperately in order for them to get strong and tight? :withstupi
Can anyone give me a list of forearm exercises that they have had great results with? Thanx!

If you do the big 3 lifts along with the other regular work, your forearms will develop as they will be needed to perform.

Along with what twm5993 said, avoid using straps except on maybe your heaviest sets....and if you're looking for some specific exercises....I'm partial to pinches and farmers walk
