Thread: Forearms...

    Do you have to train your forearms seperately in order for them to get strong and tight? :withstupi
    Can anyone give me a list of forearm exercises that they have had great results with? Thanx!
    Age: 23
    Weight: 150 lbs.
    Height: 5'7"
    Metabolism: Too Fast!
    Occupation: College Student
    Hobbies: Gym.

    If you do the big 3 lifts along with the other regular work, your forearms will develop as they will be needed to perform.

    So, no, in my opinion.

    Along with what twm5993 said, avoid using straps except on maybe your heaviest sets....and if you're looking for some specific exercises....I'm partial to pinches and farmers walk

    - static holds
    - grappling

    Mixmaster I agree grappling has done wonders for me well at least it gives me a chance to test my strength...

    well u can do reverse curls with the barbell and hammer curls with dumbells and theyll work ur forearms

    ^^^ yeaaa i do wrist curls all the time but i got that thing where your wrists crack constantly, i ****in hate that
