    back again...

well its me, i posted here a while ago and to be honest i never really stuck to the home routines .. (you probably dont remember)

but now im back, and have access to the school gym.

Im going every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Well, basically i wanted to know what i should be doing e.g what machines etc, how many reps, how long for, how much weight..

the only thing is i dont know what the machines are called. it is a fairly small gym, and apart from the obvious (treadmills, rowing machines, cylcling machines, dumbells, other assorted weights (forgive my noobness) im not sure if the gym has a large assortment of machines, or if it doesnt. Im pretty sure it has most of the more common ones though

Im fairly fit, very slim, and want to put on muscle..

seeing as i dont know what the machines are called, when recommending, if possible could you link me to an image showing the type of machine, or try to describe it to me. also how many reps, what sorta weight to lift etc.

    I really apprieciate your help

I will try to stick to the routine best i can,

sorry, you probably get loads people asking the same question where the answer is always go to WBB 1 routine..

being a member of otehr forums i can understand this..

yes, the weight room in the school gym is quite good i think

one question in general, what is the amount of time a muscle needs to recover to allow the maximum growth?

It depends on the muscle and how much it was worked, and nutrition, sleep
    Too many factors.
