    I do Squats; should I do Lunges as well?

    I do squats; are lunges nescessary as well for good leg development?
    Age: 23
    Weight: 150 lbs.
    Height: 5'7"
    Metabolism: Too Fast!
    Occupation: College Student
    Hobbies: Gym.
    Started working out at gym: 8/1/04

    Lunges can help but aren't necessary....

    They're worth doing from time to time. Nothing is necessary per se, but somethings are more efficient than others.
