Hey hey, after some searching & comparisons it looks like Opticen is a good MRP to try.
I just started lifting and would like to keep my calorie consumption around & above 2600cal/day.
But my class schedule doesn't leave me any time for lunch.
With those 2 points, here are my questions:
-On Rest days, when would you recommend consuming a shake or two? After lunch & after dinner? Before lunch?
-Can I premake an Opticen shake in the morning & sip on it as the day progresses? I would say, finishing the shake within 2 hours of it being made, is it ok to have it around for a few hours? Will it go bad?
-I used to take Myoplex and it was pretty good, how does Opticen compare to Myoplex in terms of ease of mixing, taste & overall nutrition?

I also used Myoplex and think you will find Opticen actually mixes and tastes better.
You can make the drink and sip it throughout the day.
In terms of how many shakes in a day that entirely depends on you and how many calories you wish to take in.
I'll be ordering some vanilla soon
I look forward to trying Opticen!
Cool, thanks Terry!
Am I supposed to get a receipt emailed to me?
Because I haven't received anything yet from AtLargeNutrition yet
I do believe your package was already shipped. PM me your real name so I can verify. Sometimes our emails get treated as SPAM and people don't ever see them. As soon as you order we have an auto-responder and then you get another email when the order is processed.
you have a PM
Thanks for the email Chris
Sweet I got it in the mail today!!
Here are some pics
I just couldn't wait until later tonight so I mixed in 1 scoop of Opticen with 1 cup of water...and wow!!
It literally started dissolving as soon as it hit the water.
I'll add more about its sweetness & ease of mixing when I get around to making a full serving (3 scoops).
But so far, it's not too sweet (which is great IMO) & easy to mix (easier than Myoplex)
Thanks At Large Nutrition!!!
LOL @ the Opticen pr0n
Move heavy weight, eat, sleep, repeat.
Geniuses make complicated scenarios simple, morons take simple concepts and complicate them.
Cool, thanks for the pics and your opinion Reflux!
