I am going to be doing my first "real cut" and I am very afraid of losing muscle. I am planning on this split...
Tues: Cardio (30-40 minutes treadmill walking/jogging)
Thurs: Cardio (30-40 minutes treadmill walking/jogging)
I am gonna start out with 2400 cals per day... carbs under 200.
Supps will be whey, creatine, and POSSIBLY 4-AD (depending on advice I recieve... so please give any)
Anything else I should know would be great. I want to keep as much size as possible. thanks....

I would guess more Calories to start and keep the protein high. Carbs high good carbs, low fat. What type workout? I suggest you give some thought to a powerlifting routine again or at least a bench routine, as I remember that being a thing you wanted to improve on. Looks like the bulk went fairly well only 2 inches on the abs is a good indicator. BF levels is prob the best way of telling your true results. Something like ST does.
