How is this for my meals?

Ok, i have done careful consideration, so how is this so far....im at 190 right now. If the article on going cut is right, i multipled by 12 = 2280. Subtract 500 = 1780, so that is 1780 of calorie counting, and I'm signed up for the thing at fitday.com. The things in italics are going to change from day-to-day. Tell me how this sounds, and how I could change it to make it better.

    6:45 - 7:00 A.M.
1/2 Cup of Natural Oatmeal (150 calories)

    12:50 - 1:00 P.M.
TunaFish Sandwitch OR Chicken Nuggest w/ French Fries.

    4:00 P.M.
1/2 Cup of home grown pecans.

    4:50 - 5:10 P.M.
Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast w/ Rice
    1 Cup of 2% Milk

Then on top of all that, I drink 1 gallon of water a day. Please help me change and improve my diet to get me to my goal. Thanks

Your eating hardly anything Definetly a bigger breakfast. LIke atleast 1 cup of oatmeal with milk. Some eggs, a fruit. You go form 1-5 by only eating pecans? How do you do it? NOT enough efa's. YOu could be putting your body in starvation mode. What do you eat after 5pm? Do you eat anything?

cut or not, your going to put your body in starvation mode. Under 2000 calories it looks like for sure.

big breakfast is most important to get your metabolism running high right away. I'd go with a whole cup of oatmeal. 3 eggs, you can decide whether you want whole eggs or whites and a 1 fruit.

try to eat every 3 hours atleast so your metabolism is always going. It burns calories to digest food so eating so often will help burn more calories. Couple hours after breakfast or lunch the tuna sandwhich sounds fine but if you had a cup of brown rice with it you will supply yourself with more carbs cause you need the energy. After your lunch meal start adding vegetables as your carbs. Nuts are fine along with EFA's.. HIgh protein meals.

example for dinner. CHicken with sweet potato or veggies of choice, top your veggies with olive oil.

I have never heard of someone eating chicken nuggets and fries on a cut. I agree with everyone that you should throw in a couple more meals.

first off, if you are cutting don't eat fries and chicken nuggets. second, that thing for multiplying your weight by 12 is how many calories you need to cut, you don't subtract 500 from that number. third, your meals there aren't anywhere near what you need. i would reccommend that you read the what a bodybuilder eats sticky in diet and nutrition. that will tell you what kinds of food to eat

No, because you separate them BEFORE you cook them. The only difference is that you have uncooked yolk instead of cooked. I would say it's actually much easier to separate them this way though.
