Hey guys. I've been lurking around these forums for about a year but never posted until now. I'm a little guy, I'm 20 years old, 6'0 and weigh about 140 and I've just recently started back lifting hard and eating right. I'm already showing postive results in gaining weight (which is what I want). My question is...someone told me it was important to drink alot of water if I was trying to gain weight. I've always been led to believe that drinking lots of water was important to losing weight. Whats the true answer here? Thanks guys
PS: Chris, how far out is atlarge from their weight gainer?
