I went into the gym today in a very negative emotional state and tried to lift hard. I could tell I was in trouble because I just felt really weak. I ended up not letting go of a dumb bell and injured something in my neck. I don't know if I pulled it or pinched something but I can't really turn my head and I've had this sort of thing happen to me before. I shouldn't have lifted and I definitely should have stretched more.
What should I do to minimize the amount of time I have this?
