    Sweating and grunting...where you should be.

    long term

    Some guy was telling me that lifting for a long time will eventually have an affect on your fingers. Like pull them apart at the joints over a long period of time with lifting heavy weights.... The guy has like 10% knowledge in lifting but it made me curious. Does long term really start dislocating your joints?

    I think improper form and heavy weights will do a number on your joints but i don't know about dislocation.
