    lower abdomin

    can some1 tell me real quick a decent weighted excerscise which will hit my lower abs?

    any of them.
    Squats work better than supplements.

    Regular situps, hanging leg raises or lying leg raises or flutter kicks (using ankle weights)

    You can't "hit the lower abs", so I'd say all of them are a good bet.
