    On which day do you....

    I work my Traps on shoulder day. They obviously get worked on my back day too when I do Deads. Should I move them to back day or does it not really matter?

    I think the two options are to do them on back day, or if you want to do them another day, make sure there is sufficient time for recovery before doing them on another day. Some do them on a shoulder day, but I wouldn't do traps if I'd deadlifted heavy a day or two previously.
