    Well...my first 3 week cycle of deads is the first phase of WSB for me...so i can either post my current 1rm that will be this week or put up what i hit at the end of the three week cycle...whatever y'all think is fair.

    Decent day of training, my flat bench blows, but the other stuff went well. HIIT felt good, intensity was solid. Diet has been good so far, although the customized protein powder i got tastes like ass, last time i buy from that company.

    Great session, speed bench was great. Shoulder was a lil twingy, so i put off military press til tomorrow. My arms feel like ****ing pincushions after my doctor's appointment...the lady couldn't hit my vein on the right arm after 3 tries...so then she butterflied my left arm and finally hit it.

Criminology was meh, a good portion of the questions were from the last chapter, in which the prof really didn't stress so i studied a lot of **** that wasn't even tested...i'll be lucky if i got a 90%, probably closer to an 80%...damnit!
