    "Critical Bench" boost your bench press program

    Have any of you guys bought the book and tried the program? I was looking for bench press articles and I found it. I'm wondering if it's a ripoff or if it's actually a decent program like the MuscleMedia one. Like muscle media, they also claim you can boost your bench by 50lbs in a short period of time.

    I have it. I won it through a contest here at WBB a coupole years ago.
    I never did this program. I didn't like the look of it. And I don't lke anything that claims that you WILL gain 50lbs, 100lbs etc.
