going to try this for 2-3weeks before goin bulk
Meal1-1cup oatmeal/ 5eggwhites/1whole egg
Meal3-2-3Grilled Up Chicken breast with EFA or with some peanuts
Meal4-1/3oatbran/5eggwhites/1cup lf cottage cheese
Meal5-1/2cup chic peas/2chicken breast
adding carbs slowly while still trying to loose the fat
QUESTION when i sit why isn't my stomach more in,FLAT STANDING ,looks like abs showing?
There is nothing wrong with doing that 2-3 weeks before bulking. but why not just start with bulking. I don't see a reason to adding carbs slowly.
