    what we mean is you need to get BIGGER overall.
    Leave the 121lbs and get up to 150 then everything will be much bigger.
    It should take you to about 180+ to get 16"arms.

    i want to get up to 140 of lean muscle by september...im still tryin to figure out my goddamn caloric count so i wont gain much fat and just muscle...i have the smallest baby gut im tryin to get rid of im jsut confused

    for a good weight, as a 5'6 person, you should be roughly around 140 like the other guy said on this thread. Once you workout..and eat right, you should be able to gain a significant amount of weight. That includes Mass+ Muscle.

    it be quicker to eat a lot, which will increase your muscle mass with thr trianing.
    then diet down. rather than ry and keep lean for it all. its not like your going to turn into a blimpo over night.

    tis your call. but if you want to increase your bodyweight by neaarly 10% in that time peroid. your going to have to eat alot. other wise trying to do it leanly your only likely to gian a few pounds at most.
    my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.
