So I started working out a little while ago and recently started taking creatine because I wasn't seeing much improvement. Anyways just last friday when I started working out I started getting arm cramps like where my tricep is in my right arm. It hurts really bad to the point where I couldnt finish the third set. And this was a weight I can normally do 3 sets, 10 reps of. And now I went to work out again today and the final set, I got the cramp again but still finished. Any ideas? Also I need to hurry up and gain some big bulk for lacrosse which starts in a month, if you have any workout suggestions please help.
