    Forcing one's self to eat...

Should I force myself to eat when im not hungry? Ive been in a little trouble lately because I'm finding it harder to eat a lot of food. I eat around 3100 calories a day, and weigh 160 lbs. I can force myself to eat, I'm just wondering if I should...

This is very true. When I dont have time to eat because of work I drink a quart of Shamrock chocolate milk...almost 800 cals. and 30 grams protien. This only really works good if your bulking because it is also rather fatty, but it worked for me I put on 20 lbs. in 6 mos. without eating huge amounts of food.

Liquid cals are fine, just fill up on real food and then reach for the bottle

force feeding sucks. I'am never hungry and food just don't taste good anymore but I do what I have to do. I break down my meal. I will take my time and eat a meal over a hour just to get it down.

I'm like waynis... I never have any appetite, I could prob go a couple days without eating if I wanted too without much trouble. I force feed myself all day long, after a while it becomes easier.

I get worried if I actually feel hungry anymore, I eat a lot and you just get used to it.
Out of the night that covers me,Black as the Pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. In The fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance my head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears looms but the horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate how charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.

I had the same problem, it just for the first few months or so that you feel like your forcing yourself. But I guess I just spread the meals over 5-6 times a day so Im not stuffing myself till I cant breathe.
