The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

    Announcement!

The Ravens are going to drive me to an early grave.

    That is all.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei
"You're wrong, and I have a completely irrelevant pubmed abstract that may or may not say so." - Belial

I feel your pain, Paul...my Wolverines lost to Michigan State AND Ohio State this year...ugh.

OK that was a kick ass game to be at, and it did make me proud to be a Spartan. But we havn't had a win since the U of M victory.

Anyone who watched the game this weekend knows that they blew it in the 3rd quarter.

    NINERS

Yes, they are the best. They were the best team in most of 80's and 90's. Salary cap caught up to em the last couple of years, but look who is back up to the top!! Can't argue who has the best front office in the NFL. Look at all the other teams in the NFL, how long did it take for them to "rebuild"?? Now look at the Niners; with all the money problems they had/have and they only falter for two seasons!! WOW, I admit I didnt expect them to have 8 wins at this point in the year, but I will take it. They may upset some teams in the playoffs this year. Hearst is the comeback player of the year; NO CONTEST.

    Just my thoughts

    Oh ya

Forgot to mention. Jerry Rice is the MAN. Eventhough I am and always will be a NINERS fan, Rice will always be my favorite player ALL TIME. My perfect Superbowl matchup would be 49ers vs. Raiders.
