    You wouldn't believe this . . .

    I went to my aunts gym over the weekend in upstate NY and there is NO squat rack. So, if you want to do squats, you gotta do it on the smith machine. Have you heard of a gym without a squat rack? Goes to show touring a gym is very important before getting a membership there.

    gym was small, other than that, i am not sure. Just been there once. As long as my gym as a squat rack, I'm good.
