    17 Year old, started working out again.

    I'm 17, 120 lbs, and about 5'5. I'm pretty cut, but wanna get more mass. Sorry my pants ar so low in the first pic, I was trying to angle right for the camera and they fell down.

    You will grow incredible mass by eating and working out. As lean as you are and you look like you have a decent base already and only 120! Good luck.

    Yeah I can't figure it out. I eat a lot. However, since i've been working out i'm eating mainly chicken, tuna, peanut butter, cheese, and milk. Trying to get that protein in.

    When bulking it has a lot more to do with than protein. You look like your metabolism is RACING.. I would shoot for about 4,000 calories...no less than 200 grams of protein...good fats...good carbs..and EAT EAT EAT.. Try to eat about 5-6 even calorie meals...about 8-900 each meal. Weight gainers are good if you dont have time to eat one of those meals.

    Any suggestions on meals? The way i'm figuring it i'm taking in about 3,000 cals a day.

    Don't figure....track it. If you're guessing, then you're probably wrong. Weight it and track it. Use Fitday.com.

    You already look great -- lean, well defined, symmetrical abs, good pec development. Eat and don't stop lifting and show off what you've gained in 3 or 4 months!

    you look great for 120 pounds. If you add like 20 pounds you'll probably look a lot better, and thicker. Welcome to wbb.

    mate i have the same problem with bulking as you do
    i have similiar stats iam 19,116lbs, and 5'5" too.
    Your lucky though cos when i started training at early 18 i weighed like 105lbs LOL but i have always been sortof muscular as a kid from lots of running and climbing, pullups etc etc.
    i have never ever been fat in my whole life and i expect you have the same problem mate - i just got me a weightgainer last week 'anabolic mass' its quite good man you should try maybe to get 'N-Large 2'. I would get N-large 2 instead but supplements are much more expensive over here in England. So you have an advantage USE that advantage.
    With our metabolic rates weight gainers are no problem!

    very lean, your shape is almost identical to my workout partner's. Hes abit heavier and a few inches taller but looks exactly like you.
