I was doing 4 sets of 15 reps....then I brought that down to 10. Yesterday, I felt really good cause I did 4 sets of 6. I'm just wondering (I did use the search button first) Does 4 sets of 6 reps on high weights gonna give me mass??
Not without proper diet.
Just about any rep choice (within reason) will give you mass with the right nutritional intake.

I eat clean, and take in enough protein throughout the day along with about 6 liters of water. I'm sure my diet is good. I have been maintaining at 2500cals per day though.
yes its fine, for mass most agree that high weight low reps are better, your last set you should only be able to get 4-8 reps up or at least thats the guideline
