    On the road to big

    Friday 23,2001 (START OF BULK)
    I decided to end my bulk early because of something my dad said,he said you need food and not feel weak and that your still growing and who knows your body composition might change and so on.........so I decided to bulk adding carbs slowly wont jump to fast

    Did Chest /Shoulders/Triceps/Biceps

    Decline Bench
    Incline Bench
    Flat Bench
    DB Seated Military Press
    Alternating Front Lat Raises
    Alternate Hammer Curls
    Standing Seated overhead Triceps Extension with plate

    1/2 oats
    5eggwhites
    1cup LF Cottage cheese
    54.5protein/33carbs/3fat/400cals

    Meal2(Postwork)
    Myoplex lite packet
    Banana
    45protein/52carbs/2fat/408cals

    1London Broil
    1/2cup Peas
    1/2cup Corn
    protein????/20carbs/fat???/cals??


    Meal4
    1/2cup oats
    1scoop protein
