just how do you lower through both legs and back at the same time from the start of the movement without getting the bar on your thighs?
I seem to my hips a little first so the bar is going down without heading to the thighs.
It seems doing both at the same time all through is much better.
it seems i cant squat down freely when using a free weight or no weight. i just cat keep balance, keep feet flat on floor and squat down at the same time. what would i be doing wrong?
