Sup everyone I decided to start a journal. I'm 5"7 and I weigh 190-193 at the moment. I want to be 210-215 by July so let's see how it goes. I'm a typical hardgainer so bear with me. I have an extensive football background and I have played lots of basketball and ran some track. Starting tommorow I will be trying to take my training to new heights....wish me luck!
