    Unbalance bone structure

When I straighten my arms, I realise that my right right arm is straighter than my left as the left arm seemed to be slightly more 'bent' (sorta like right arm is 180 degrees while the other around 200 degrees). Will the unbalance bone structure of my arms affect my weight training esp. when it comes to training the arms?

I don't think so. Sounds more like you are hyperextending your elbow when straightening your arms.

It's probably just a ligament flexibility issue. I can hyperextend both of my arms. Just be careful when you're doing heavy lifts that you don't lock out one arm first, etc.
