    Looking for gym in Boston Area w/basketball

    Hope this is the right place to post....

    I am looking for a health club with basketball in the boston area and north....ANyone know anyplace? Or maybe a site that could help me search?

    I not in Boston, but I would look for a YMCA. The Ys in NYC all seem to have a basketball court and swimming pool.

    there is a y on huntington ave just by northeastern u. It is kinda scuzzy because its by roxbury though but I imagine you can get good games there. Also do a search on boston athetic club. I thinks its just north in either slummerville or cambridge.

    You could also try the Boston Sports Club in Waltham. Its where the Celtics practice. Hope that helps you out. I usually go to the one in Lexington with my friends though, however that one (Lex.) lacks a BBall court.

    I am on the north shore, so ideally going into town doesnt work to well....I used to work in Waltham, and have been to BSC and Waverly Athletic.....Just too far now, also expensive.....I was at Golds in Danvers, but the court is kinda small.....I did find out Super Fitness in Danvers has a court, so I am gonna check into that...Its still liek a 20-30 minute ride though
