My weight goes from 196 in the morning to as much as 206 in the evening. I understand a lot of this may be water weight but how exactly does water weight work? Do you only hold water when you are taking in too much sodium or are there other reasons? How do you avoid holding water?
I spend about 40 minutes a night in an infrared sauna and I sweat like crazy but it never seems to have any impact on my weight (at least from weighing myself before and after a sauna session)
I just figured if I could better understand waterweight and how/why it is stored I could better manage my weight.
