    My gym

    good points about my gym:

1 trainers dont breathe down my neck as much as they seem to in other gyms

2 the price is alright (about 32 dollars a month)

3 its usually rather quiet so there is never a wait for a machine or weight

4 i know quite some people in this gym, some school friends of mine go there

5 i get to tell them what music to play or bring my own

    bad points about my gym

1 its not exactly suited for any hardcore stuff. the dumbbells only go up to 65 pounds, the leg press has fixed weights that only go up to 330 pounds, the heaviest plates are 50 pounds and theres only 2 of those

2 theres like 5 trainers walking around there and only 1 of them knows anything about training.

3 there is another gym in town that costs only 2 dollars a month more and is quite opposite of point 1 and has all this state of the art equipment

4 the gym has few members that are dedicated or serious or know anything about training. its really more a family gym.
    lots of old folks too.

5 the gym has no power cage or squat rack.

6 opening hours in the weekend are pretty crappy.

    9 am to 1 am.

    Good things about my gym:

    1. the DB's are heavy!
    2. there's lots of plates
    3. The instructors and manageress are cool
    4. it's close to home
    5. the regulars are pretty cool
    6. the regualrs are usually honest about drug use
    7. the gym has lots of drugs
    8. there's a wide spread variety of machines and weights

    bad things:

    1. it's full of drugs
    2. it can get rather busy

that's it. my gym = ace.

my gym is the tiny weight room of my school. it sucks. its crowded, its only open 2 days a week after school (i have to try to get stuff done in gym class in addition), and no one takes it seriously. if quality is directly proportional to price, its no wonder this crappy place is free.

    Hey fatty, shut it

My weight room is decent, except the gym teachers don't know jack, only half the kids actually try. Our db's only go up to 80 lbs. and well, I only get to work out 3 times a week. Other two are running.

    my gym is awesome.
the dumbells go to 100 pounds.
*although it can get crowded, most of the people that go there are really serious about lifting, most of them know a lot about it.
*I think the gym is supposed to be the best in my state, which i agree with.
    *its a good price - $24 a month
    *tons of facilities
*heaps of classes - tae bo, pump. I think there is different classes available.
    *Hot Women
cant get better than my gym
