    Pullovers expand the chest cavity which gives you a bigger platform for the muscles. You want ripped abs? Starve! That's a tougher one cause even though I'm skinny I don't got rips. But I believe you would want to work them 3 times a week. Keep constant tension on the things too. As far as exercises do them all. Hell, hang from the ceiling if you have too.

    Train the weak points first so you can put 100 percent of the energy into it. I do it all the time. It's not hard considering everything is pretty much weak now



    One of my many weak spots is upper chest. Usually I would just do incline bench and incline flys. But I would think to hit the upper middle you would want a closer grip on the barbell then maybe cable crosses on the incline. If doing flys maybe squeeze concentrating on the inner upper.

    Can you explain the difference between intra-muscular coordination and inter-muscular coordination? If so do you know how they correlate to increasing ones maximal strength?

    Explain how an increase in the measurements of both arms can occur when only one of the arms is subjected to weight training.

    That's a good one. I think it takes an increase of 10lbs of body weight for every inch gained on the arms. I think you got me.
