I am from the Caribbean and I have a journal HERE which outlines my workout plan but I just never seem to gain any REAL weight. I know it must be my diet, i know its severelylacking.
What can i eat to give me 4000+ cals at low cosr and can be made easily at home? My metabolism is SUPER fast!
I currently already take a MRP called RealGains which gives me 610 cals, and 52g protein, plus flaxseed once a day.
