    anything i am forgetting?

    im male/17years/124lbs used too be 155lbs/5'4

    im currently taking
    Nx care Iso Xp protien which is 45grams
    Nx Care Lean Hypergrowth Creatine

    training 4-5 days a week depending on schedule.
    eating more calories

    anything else i should do or take?

    well lately i just been doing arms one day and then chest and back the other.
    so like:
    monday - chest/back
    tues-arms
    wed - chest/back
    like all over again.

    but i think i need a special routine. but i just dont see how a split like doing one diff muscle every day can help u see results very fast.

    I would check out WBB
    routine #1 if I were you. Your current routine doesn't look too good.

    ok so if i try this now

    Day 1 : Chest and Back

    Chest

    Flat Barbell Bench Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Low Incline Dumbbell Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Dips : 2 x 6-8 reps

    Back

    Chin ups : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Deadlifts : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Barbell Rows : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Shrugs : 1 x 10 reps

    Day 2 : OFF

    Day 3 : Legs

    Squats : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Hack Squats : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Leg Curls : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Straight Legged Deadlifts : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Standing Calve Raises : 4 x 10 reps

    Day 4 : OFF

    Day 5 : Shoulders, Triceps and Biceps

    Shoulders

    Military Press in Rack : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Seated Dumbbell Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Standing Lateral Raises : 2 x 10 reps

    Triceps :

    Narrow Grip bench Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    French Press : 2 x 6-8 reps

    Biceps :

    Barbell Curls : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Hammer Curls : 1 x 6-8 reps

    Day 6 : OFF

    Day 7 : OFF



    from now untill summer should i see a good diff in my body for summertime if i continue taking the protien only or with the creatine also

    Just remember to eat lots of food. You should be taking in 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight every day. I'm not saying don't take the protein or the creatine, there are benefits to both. Just remember to hit the food with all you've got, and drink lots of water. The routine looks good, but you might want to make a more measurable goal, like hitting a goal weight and/or bf % by the end of the summer, or an amount of weight lifted in the exercises.

    well i do wana hit 145 give or take a few pounds by summer. but not bulky i wana be lean or tonned
    i wana have a nice body for summer so i can take off the shirt

    How do u find the ISO xp protein works. Just finished off Nitrotech and bought some of ISO from GNC. Let me know what u think!

    Sound slike overpriced stuff, just like Nitrotech. Guys that are that light will benefit more from whole foo, lots of it, than from supplements

    Wasn't that expensive, found it a reasonable price for whey protein compared to the others they had on the shelf
