    cardio while bulking?????

    just wondering im starting bulking in two weeks and am working hard to get everything sorted and researched. i would appreciate your opinions on how much cardio work to do while bulking, what sort of cardio to do, how long for and when in the day to do it. im weight training 5 times a week at 5:30 in the afternoon i can do cardio with weights or early on in the morning at like 6 30. i presume doing some cardio is good as i dnt want to pack on anymore of a gut as i have a baby one already. aal opinions are welcome

    say do 2 sessions of HIIIT a week and one session of a constant cardio say lasting 30 minutes each.

    should be fine
    my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.

    You are really the one who will know. If you are putting on to much fat, then either eat less or do more cardio.

    With that said, when I bulk, I restrict myself to 1 cardio session a week and I make sure I am making up for those burnt calories by eating more. (keep in mind I rarely get the "gut", i fill out fairly evenly)
