    biceps

    my biceps havn't been responding very well and i was thinking about doing them twice a week instead of just once. i'm on wbb1 by the way.
    so like i'm going to change pullups to chinups on my chest and back day and i was gonna add a few db curls. i was also gonna add an extra set or 2 of dips except focusing on triceps because they havn't been responding very well either. would this be okay.

    i think everyone is different and you should tweak yer routine, until you can notice it working. if arms once a week is not working good for you, and you think yer arms are getting bigger when you do them 2 a week then do it. i do chest 2 a week, and often do low weight high repetition of arms/chest/shoulder on my off days.

    you don't have to do them twice a week. Just more intensly. Do like 3 diffrent types of bicep exercies. Barbell curl. Incline dumbell curls. Hammer curls. Use the cable systems.
