my biceps havn't been responding very well and i was thinking about doing them twice a week instead of just once. i'm on wbb1 by the way.
so like i'm going to change pullups to chinups on my chest and back day and i was gonna add a few db curls. i was also gonna add an extra set or 2 of dips except focusing on triceps because they havn't been responding very well either. would this be okay.
