this is just some stuff i had on hand, figured i'd give it a try, i usually have 1 scoop whey with 1/2 cup oats, but i wanted to have something different today. This came out really good.

about 300 cals, 44g carbs 25 protein... add lots of ice and only a little water, came out really thick like a shake, i had the banana frozen that help thicken it up too. Very filling.

10 g creatine might be a bit too much...u might try 5g....and u might wanna add another scoop of whey unless your getting plenty from the diet...otherwise looks pretty delish...

Tsp of NPB couldn't hurt...
im getting in 250g protein a day, only 23 of that is from whey.

Agree'd, stay away from fat's in your PWO shake. And I agree with optimum, 10g of creatine might be a little too much, especially with all the fruit. You might have to quickly run to the bathroom
