    Hey - Just got this yesterday. What a big container!

    I am not really a bodybuilder, just looking to add muscle and tone. So when should I drink this? I've been mixing it with soymilk and drinking it as soon as I get home from working out. That's at about 3:30p.

    Should I do this again before bed or is that overload?
