What are the best sources for fat for one's diet?
The only fats I usually get for my daily diet come from a slice of avocado with lunch and a few spoonfuls of peanut butter after my workout. Other than that just whatever fat is in fish, chicken, oats, and cottage cheese.

Fish oil and oily fish, flaxseed oil, olive oil, nuts, avocados.
Natural Style Peanut Butter
Olive oil, Safflower oil
Nuts (peanuts, almonds, walnuts)
